Cha Pa Garden Boutique Hotel & Spa is situated in a fully refurbished colonial villa right in the centre of Sapa.

Currently with only 4 rooms it is certainly Sapa’s smallest hotel and is able to offer a personalized service unrivalled in the region.

All our rooms have air conditioning for heating during the cold winter months and together with ceiling fans provide coolness during the warm summer.

Rooms have all modern facilities and are decorated with elegant furnishings with simple lines further adding to the sense of calm and serenity.

Superior room: The superior rooms feature all the same facilities as the deluxe rooms and with their compact design are perfectly suited for individual travelers and couples who value a good night’s sleep in a modern and quiet room.

Deluxe room: The deluxe rooms are our largest rooms and with their location in front of the villa they offer views to Fanxipang, the highest peak in Indochina, on a clear day.

*Room facilities include 32’ Samsung LCD TV, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, IDD telephone, en suite bathroom with rain shower, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities, writing desk, fresh flowers and hardwood floors.
